Terms & Conditions – Mobile Events
By booking a mobile event with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
• Full payment is required to secure your event date and time.
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
• No dates will be held without payment.
2. Cancellations & Changes
• No cancellations, refunds, or date changes are permitted within 28 days of your event.
• If a guest is unable to attend, we can create our best-selling lipstick and/or gloss for them instead.
• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided.
3. Travel & Access
• As a mobile business, we travel to your chosen venue.
• Travel fees apply and will be quoted at time of booking.
• The host must ensure safe and suitable access to the venue, including parking close to the setup area.
• If access is difficult or unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse service without refund.
4. Venue Requirements
The host must provide:
• Tables and chairs suitable for the number of guests
• A microwave (or one can be provided for an additional fee if arranged prior)
The space must be clean, dry, undercover (if outdoors), and protected from extreme heat, wind, or rain.
5. Event Duration
Event duration will be confirmed at time of booking. Additional time may incur extra charges if agreed upon.
6. Guest Numbers
Final guest numbers must be confirmed prior to the event. Payment is required for the confirmed number of guests, regardless of attendance on the day.
7. Conduct & Safety
We reserve the right to cease services immediately without refund if guests are:
• Intoxicated
• Abusive or aggressive
• Disruptive or unsafe
• Under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a way that affects safety
Our team’s safety and wellbeing is a priority.
8. Damage & Liability
The booking host is responsible for any damage to our equipment, tools, or products caused by guests during the event.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
9. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items brought to the event.
We want to ensure that all our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience during our events. Please cooperate with our staff and fellow attendees to make the event pleasant for everyone.
